Islanderssuites.com is designed specifically for premium suite and box seating sales (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, box seating etc.). This website is operated by the New York Islanders and powered by SuitePro.

Yes. The suites and boxes posted for sale on this website are directly from the New York Islanders.

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite or box, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. All suite and box tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the New York Islanders will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into UBS Arena.

All suites listed on Islanderssuites.com are fully private. Box seating is an opera box that is adjacent to the UBS Club to which box seats have access.

All suites and UBS Club boxes are ADA accessible.

Suites and boxes can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite or box.

The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses or alcoholic beverages in the UBS Club for box seating.

Per our sales terms and conditions, all-suite and box sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.

Should a game be postponed, your suite or box tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

If the game is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a UBS Arena representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.

Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of game day (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the game day Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Any catering preorders will be due 48 business hours prior to the event.

For box seating in the UBS Club, tickets include elevated food and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks are available for purchase.

In-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage are not permitted inside the stadium.

Catering costs can be found within the menu here. Most of the packages listed serve 12 guests on average. Note that day of menu costs may be higher.

Refer to your suite or box reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites or boxes that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your UBS Arena representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into UBS Arena. Suites and boxes can provide a welcomed private and/or semi – private and secure space for families attending events with younger children.

Suite and box tickets will provide access to the level that the suite or box is on, as well as public areas such as the Heineken Terrace, the Isles Lab Team Store, and Belmont Hall.

Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-event food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A game day Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The game day Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find arena favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group portions, not individually.

Box club tickets include access to UBS Club which has all – inclusive elevated food and non – alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased for guests 21+.

Yes, gratuity is customary.

Your suite will include parking passes in one of the UBS Arena Premium lots on site. You will be provided with details on where and how to park in the “Know before you go” communication that is sent prior to the game day.

VIP entrances can be found on our campus map here. VIP entrances include, the BMW entrance, The DIME entrance, and the AMEX entrance. The “Know before you go” communication will also provide more details related to arrival.
